Meet our Volunteers: Lauren Knapil
We’re celebrating National Volunteer Week by introducing you to a handful of our amazing volunteers! Today we’re profiling Lauren Knapil, who joined our Spring 2013 intern class in the Events department. Here’s what we learned about Lauren in a recent interview:
I discovered The Pablove Foundation by…
Searching my school’s job network for a job or internship.
I volunteer for The Pablove Foundation by…
I am an intern for The Pablove Foundation, so I run around getting done whatever needs to get done to fight childhood cancer with love! I attend Pablove’s events to help make sure everything goes smoothly, including having all the items ready before the big day. I also do the day-to-day errands around the office. No day is the same!
My go-to, can’t-live-without treat is…
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
My favorite YouTube video of all time is…
“Kittens” inspired by Kittens: http://youtu.be/FtX8nswnUKU
When I’m not fighting childhood cancer with love I am…
A full-time student, and I have a part-time job as well. But I also enjoy spending time with my friends and going on adventures when I get the chance.
My formula for happiness is…
- God
- Family and Friends
- Service
- Candy
- Music
I fell in pablove with The Pablove Foundation when…
I read about The Pablove Foundation’s mission. I knew right away that I wanted to be a part of such an amazing organization that has committed to fighting childhood cancer with love!
