Participating in a virtual photography program could help improve quality of life for children, adolescents, and young adults diagnosed with cancer, according to the results of a recent study.

“Pediatric cancer impacts children’s physical, cognitive, and psychological well-being,” wrote study researchers led by Sarah M. Wolff, of University of Nevada, Las Vegas. “Evidence-based interventions are needed to improve quality of life (QOL) and address social isolation.”
