Pablove “A Reaping in the Shade” Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase, payment, or donation is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase, payment, or donation of any kind will not increase your chance of winning a prize. The disclosures for entry and draw dates, prize information, donation information, and any additional entry rules (“Disclosures”) are incorporated herein and should be reviewed prior to entry, in addition to these Official Rules. References to “Official Rules” include the Disclosures. Your entry in this Sweepstakes means these Official Rules form a binding legal contract, so read them carefully before participating. Without limitation, this contract provides for your indemnification of the Sponsor and other parties, the waiver of the rights to participate in a class action or a jury trial, and a requirement that disputes will be settled by mandatory binding arbitration.
2. Eligibility
Unless otherwise specified in the “Sweeps Info” section of the applicable Sweepstakes, the A Reaping in the Shade Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their local jurisdiction. Individuals who reside in OFAC-sanctioned countries or who appear on the U.S. Department of Treasury’s Specially Designated Nationals List are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is otherwise void wherever prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including any territories that require translation of these Official Rules (for example and without limitation, Balkans, Belarus, Burma, China, Côte D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe, and the Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine).
Employees, officers, and directors of The Pablove Foundation (“Sponsor”), and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible. Limit: one (1) winner per household. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 a.m. PT on October 7, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 28, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
a) Donation Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by making a donation to The Pablove Foundation through the official campaign webpage at pablove.org/roll. Donation entries will be awarded according to the schedule published on the campaign webpage. All donations are final and nonrefundable.
b) Free Mail-In Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a donation, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mail-in entries must be received by October 28, 2025. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
5. Winner Selection
Two (2) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 29, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. PT from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Verification of Winners
Each potential winner is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and any required tax forms (such as an IRS Form W-9) within the time period specified by Sponsor. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Prize
Each winner will receive one (1) reserved seat at the virtual “Reaping in the Shade” Dungeons & Dragons game hosted live via Zoom on November 9, 2025. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): priceless. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on or about October 29, 2025. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within two (2) days (or such other time period designated by Sponsor), or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited, entry and/or acceptance of the prize constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, and statements for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation.
10. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to:
be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding; release and hold harmless The Pablove Foundation, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize; comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes.
Force Majeure: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way due to an act of God, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, act of war, terrorism, civil disturbance, governmental order, strike, weather event, or any other circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor (each a “Force Majeure Event”), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to (a) suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes; (b) cancel, modify, or suspend the prize; or (c) select a winner from among the eligible entries received up to the date of the Force Majeure Event.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES TAKES PLACE IN THE UNITED STATES AND IS SUBJECT TO UNITED STATES LAW. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU CAN UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
11. Limitation of Liability
Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention; or (d) any injury or damage to persons or property relating to participation.
12. Disputes
Except where prohibited, any and all disputes arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of JAMS in Los Angeles, California. Entrants waive the right to a jury trial or class action. All claims shall be resolved on an individual basis. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Privacy
When registering for the Sweepstakes, you expressly agree to receive email promotional communications from Sponsor unless and until you opt-out at any time. Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is subject to The Pablove Foundation’s Privacy Policy and will be used for the administration of the Sweepstakes and in accordance with applicable law.
14. International Entrants
Residents outside the U.S. may enter unless restricted by local law. International winners are solely responsible for additional shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and fees associated with prize delivery outside the United States.

Requests for the Winner’s List must be received within 60 calendar days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
