Yasmine is eight years old and in the 2nd grade in Los Angeles, California. She loves doing projects in class, especially about the USA. She also has been branching out into singing and dance, and eventually wants to go to the Tony Awards. At the age of three, Yasmine was diagnosed with leukemia, but she is now in remission! There had always been cameras around Yasmine’s house but she never had one to call her own, until Pablove provided one in her class. Snapping different angles and candids of people are her favorite photos to take. Yasmine wants to be an ambassador to bring joy to children going through the same difficult cancer journey she has experienced. Yasmine is so proud of herself for working hard in the Shutterbugs program and wants to provide the same opportunity to future students.
