Ariana is 16 years old and lives in Austin, Texas. She is a junior in high school and loves the arts. From illustration to photography, she enjoys documenting people. When she’s not at school, Ariana spends her time volunteering at the local animal shelter and city events. At 18 months old, Ariana was diagnosed with Wilms Tumor but now is healthy and cancer free. After seeing a Pablove Shutterbugs flyer at her hospital, she was excited to join since she already had an interest in photography. She loves capturing the memory of her subject’s face at a certain time and the emotion behind a portrait. Ariana believes that childhood cancer isn’t talked about enough and wants to share her viewpoints and experience. By telling her story, she hopes to bring awareness to this disease.
