katherine quick rosa

Board Member + Pablove Finance Committee member

Kathy joined Pablove’s New Jersey/New York/Connecticut Advisory Committee to support local Shutterbugs while her husband, Carlos, was training for and completing three Pablove Across America cycling events.

The Rosa family feels fortunate to have found the Pablove community following their son’s Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) diagnosis at the age of 6 in 2010, and are incredibly thankful that all four of their children are growing into thoughtful and inquisitive young adults.

Kathy is a Partner at Velvet Sea Ventures and was previously with the alternative investment businesses at JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management. Having spent more than 20 years in the venture capital and private equity industry, Kathy is especially passionate about the promise of Pablove’s seed stage grants that fund cutting-edge pediatric cancer research.

Another one of her passions is access to education — Kathy is the Chairperson of the Leadership Council at Franklin & Marshall College and is on the board at The Pennington School in New Jersey.

Kathy is a member of the Pablove Finance Committee and joined the Board of Directors in December 2021.
