Alison Hofto
Board Member
Alison serves as Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Pacific Life, a Fortune 500 financial services company. She provides legal advice on registered securities and private placement products and oversees a team of attorneys and paralegals. She previously held roles at Corebridge Financial and Transamerica, advising corporate boards and supporting key governance initiatives.
Alison earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona and her Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University. She is active in the financial services industry, having held leadership roles, presented at national conferences, and contributed to publications on SEC and FINRA matters.
She lives in Redondo Beach with her husband, Bill, and is deeply committed to community service. A cancer survivor, Alison brings a personal dedication to supporting children facing cancer, inspired by her own experience with stage 3 ovarian cancer and her passion for helping young patients and their families feel supported and hopeful.
