Jeff Castelaz

Co-Founder and Board Member

Jeff is Pablo’s Papa, and the co-founder of The Pablove Foundation. Through his company Cast Management – founded in 1990 – Jeff has managed a variety of bands and artists including the Dropkick Murphys, Blues Traveler, KT Tunstall, Violent Femmes and record producers Tony Hoffer and Justin Meldal-Johnsen.

A music industry veteran, Jeff was the former President of Warner Music Group’s Elektra Records, and the co-founder of respected indie label Dangerbird Records.
Using his bike as a vehicle to cope through the grief and pain of losing his 6-year-old son, Pablo, to Wilms Tumor, Jeff established the Pablove Cycling Club and its eminent Pablove Across America annual cycling event, which has fundraised nearly $6 Million for Pablove’s innovative childhood cancer research and healing arts programs.
Jeff hails from Milwaukee, WI and attended Milwaukee Trade and Technical High School and Marquette University.
He traded in his LA life for the fresh air of Sun Valley, Idaho where he resides with his dog, Scrapper, who is smart enough to run his own Instagram.
