Senior Graphic Designer



The mission of The Pablove Foundation is to invest in underfunded, cutting-edge pediatric cancer research and improve the lives of children living with cancer through the arts.

Pablove is seeking a creative and inspired Senior Graphic Designer to join our small and nimble Marketing Team to keep our brand dynamic and consistent in order to best serve our mission. This role is integral to the success of every department at Pablove – Marketing, Development and Programs. The ideal candidate is able to develop concepts from ideation to execution, and brainstorm and design for print and digital materials. Your work will effectively shape how Pablove is seen as an innovative and impactful organization while achieving our vision to help kids with cancer live – a love-filled life today, and a cancer-free life tomorrow.


Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will have the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Design to strengthen The Pablove Foundation’s brand across all physical and digital platforms
  • Create compelling design materials for our print and digital platforms
  • Work with the Marketing Team to develop new and innovative concepts for major campaigns and day-to-day content
  • Develop the materials necessary to foster brand partnerships, sponsorship and donor stewardship and engage our diverse constituents
  • Support all internal and external design needs cross-departmentally in the organization
  • Communicate clearly with necessary stakeholders before, during, and after the design process



  • Passion for the Pablove Foundation’s mission, an ability to communicate that passion and evoke excitement via design; the ability to bring many stakeholders’ ideas to life
  • Enthusiasm for brand and design, and an understanding of how impactful strong design can be in building and evolving a brand
  • 3-5 years of experience working in house or at an agency
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
  • Expertise in MailChimp and analyzing campaign data to create content that will achieve above average industry standard open rates and click thrus
  • Proficiency across social media platforms, with an understanding of best practices in order to optimize graphics
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide variety of work
  • An ethos for teamwork, and a strong work ethic
  • A clear creative vision, and an openness to feedback and opportunities
  • Enthusiasm for design initiatives and campaigns built from scratch, as well as vital day-to-day projects including info sheets, sponsorship decks and social media assets.
  • Attention for multiple deadlines and an ability to work with Marketing and multiple teams to discern organization priorities
  • Attention to detail, desire to deliver quality work quickly, coupled with a value for progress over perfection
