Fighting childhood cancer with love…and cookies!

April 16, 2013

Fighting childhood cancer with love and cookiesPablove’s pre-school friends Lilly and Mason were looking for a fun way to honor their former schoolmate Pablo. Previously they had held a bakesale to benefit The Pablove Foundation to much success, so this time they thought bringing their enterprise back to the busy Larchmont district in Hollywood would be a perfect way to up their fundraising game.

Featuring lemonade, baked goods and special Pablove cookies, Lilly and Mason’s Lemonade Stand and Bakesale benefited from the nearby Sunday Farmer’s Market on Larchmont Avenue. Heavy foot traffic, delicious goodies and the generous spirit of Lilly and Mason resulted in a amazing day of giving.

Raising over $1,300 with their treats, Lilly and Mason presented their check to Co-Founders and Pablo’s parents Jo Ann and Jeff at True Pablove 2013. Their efforts also helped raise awareness about childhood cancer to all who passed by the prime location. Fighting childhood cancer with love has never been more poignant or so delicious!
