December Volunteer Opportunities
Here are our Los Angeles volunteer opportunities for the month of December. Please note, we have extended hours and weekend opportunities available to accommodate those who work full-time but want to lend a hand!
Specialty Opportunity: Video Editor
We’re looking for an experienced editor to help with 7 hour long presentations from our recent symposium. Two camera job with basic slates needed for beginning and end. Must know how to work with raw high def footage and be able to output for web. Great opportunity for an AE who wants to add editing experience to their resume! Email megan@pablove.org.

Data Entry
We’re grateful for the amount of donations we received during our Fall campaigns, which means we have to “catch up” on a lot of data entry. Only requirements are attention to detail and at least four hours commitment (45 minutes of training will be required). Bonus if you can bring your own laptop! Email megan@pablove.org.
Video Transcription
Our fall Shutterbugs group classes were a great success, but now we need your help transcribing courses and interviews with families! Previous transcription experience not necessary, but expect your heart to be warmed by the touching interviews with kids, parents and volunteers (Spanish speakers needed, too!). Merchandise Inventory
It’s time for our annual end-of-year merchandise inventory! The more volunteers we get, the quicker it will go! Perfect opportunity for groups and teens. Email megan@pablove.org.

Hard to believe, but True Pablove is just around the corner! This is an easy job, we just need a few extra hands to get it done! Email megan@pablove.org.

If you don’t see a time slot that works for you, contact Outreach Manager Megan Rudebeck and we’ll see if we can work something out! We’re also open to working with students over the holiday school break if they can volunteer in groups of 3 or more for at least 6 hours.
