Pablove is seeking a creative and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our small and nimble Marketing Team to support the execution of our strategic plan. This role is integral to the success of every department at Pablove – Marketing, Development and Programs – and to our national growth. The ideal candidate is able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and provide communications support across all our constituencies. Your work will effectively shape how Pablove is seen as an innovative and impactful organization while achieving our vision to help kids with cancer live – a love-filled life today, and a cancer-free life tomorrow.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will have the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Manage projects to ensure department deliverables are completed on time
- Utilize analytics to evaluate the success of email campaigns and social posts; shift concepts to optimize engagement across the board.
- Liaise with all internal departments on behalf of Marketing
- Ensure smooth execution of major campaigns
- Develop and maintain annual marketing calendar outlining major campaigns and initiatives
- Work with development to create and maintain up to date sponsorship and event recap decks
- Audit current vendor relationships and perform research to optimize projects and spending; once projects are allocated communicate with all vendors through completion
- Develop content for internal and outward facing communications
- Brainstorm with marketing team (and Foundation at large) to develop creative campaigns and content ideas
- Alongside Marketing Director and Graphic Designer, ensure brand compliance across Pablove generated materials and those made on our behalf
- Liaise with Friends of Pablove in national sites to provide ongoing marketing oversight and support
- Occasional travel to support national program expansion sites
MUST HAVES
- Passion for the Pablove Foundation’s mission, an ability to communicate that passion and evoke excitement via storytelling
- Enthusiasm and an understanding of the role strong branding plays in our national expansion and strategic plan
- Strong writing skills
- Comfortable acting as the face of Pablove while interacting with all constituents, from Shutterbugs students to major donors and board members
- Existing relationships with like-minded brands, media and influencers
- Expertise in project management platforms (i.e. Trello, Slack)
- Expertise in MailChimp
- An ethos for teamwork, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to juggle multiple deadlines and an ability to work with Marketing and internal teams to discern organization priorities
- Attention to detail, desire to deliver quality work quickly, coupled with a value for progress over perfection
- 3-5 years of experience working in house or at an agency
